How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, crush-resistant mailers designed specifically for vinyl records. Each shipment includes extra padding and corner protection to ensure your LP arrives in pristine, mint condition.
What is the difference between standard and 180g heavyweight vinyl?
180g vinyl is thicker and more durable than standard pressings. While it doesn't inherently change the audio quality, it provides better stability on the turntable and is less prone to warping over time.
When will my pre-order item ship?
Pre-order items ship on or around their official release date. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire shipment will be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
What is your return policy for opened records?
To maintain the integrity of our collection, we only accept returns for items in their original, factory-sealed shrink wrap. If a record is found to be defective or warped upon opening, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
