At Sony Music Vinyl Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the vinyl in its original protective sleeve and use the original specialized mailer to prevent any warping or corner dings during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no old barcodes are visible.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the vinyl, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
